A&n bsp;generous salary package for someone with only 5 years experience consisting of base / super 25% site uplift with the package totalling up to $169,000 + Project Bonus.
On a FIFO 4:1 roster, you will be the most senior safety guy on site, having the ability to make decisions on issues as they arise.
Additional support is provided by the National Safety Manager who is in your corner whenever you may need advice, a sounding board or someone to whip people into line.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of HSE Management Systems as a whole, technical strength in Investigations and Root Cause Analysis and thick skinned when it comes to dealing with contractor confrontation.
The ideal applicant for this role will have a minimum of 5 years experience in HSE in linear infrastructure construction or mining along with tertiary qualifications in HSE.
