  • Exciting career opportunity
  • Join a dynamic and supportive team
  • Competitive Salary Packaging

Join a multidisciplinary team optimising the physical, social, spiritual and emotional well-being of our residents and community.

Working with our Rehabilitation Service Team Leader, you’ll ensure best solutions and outcomes by applying your specialist expertise to complex clinical situations.

This will see you place students, contribute to plans and policy, coach and develop staff and research, develop and implement training initiatives and best practice protocols.

At the same time, you’ll build industry and community networks, spot and pursue continuous improvement opportunities and track and report client metrics.

You’ll also contribute to special projects and do whatever else it takes to enhance our high reputation among staff, clients, carers, suppliers and industry bodies.

You have a flair for leadership, a qualification sufficient for board/association registration plus knowledge of aged care community and therapy guidelines and standards.

You’re skilled in diplomacy and change management and big on safety, quality, teamwork, service excellence and efficiency.

Energetic, organised and flexible, you listen as well as you speak and excel at solving problems, harnessing disparate contributions to common goals and getting the most from people, systems and situations.

In addition to flexible shift arrangements, you'll enjoy exceptional learning opportunities, a friendly, caring team environment and the satisfaction of providing significant benefits to the lives of those under your care.
