The What:
- $135,000 - $124,000 + 25% Uplift + Project Bonus;
- FIFO Anywhere in Australia - 4:1 Roster;
- Initially Project Based WA;
- More Projects in the Pipeline across the Country;
- Company is going through a Growth Phase;
- Progress Upwards or Across Multiple Divisions;
- Exposed to a Myriad of Project Types;
- Power, Infrastructure, Mining;
- Not Limited to the 1 Site or Project;
- Most Senior on Site;
- Planning Strategic Direction HSE Management;
- Demonstrate Comprehensive Understanding of Overall Safety Systems;
- Clear Understanding of Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis;
- Be Thick Skinned and Not Afraid to make the Hard Calls when Challenged by Contractors.
