A small mine of 200 employees, provide practical leadership to the Environmental department. Along with 3 direct reports, oversee the operational running of two sites, bring a flooded & heavily contaminated pit back to operations and take charge of an exploration project nearing Approvals stage.
Liaise with internal stakeholders at a corporate level as well as Government authorities and community members.

Salary Range: $182,000 - $160,000 + heavily subsidised housing.
5 years minimum Environmental Management experience in Mining along with Tertiary Qualifications in Environmental Management, Science or Engineering.
