Architectural Sales Consultant - Interior Building Products

Our client is a well established manufacturer of high interior building products and are known for the high quality of their product throughout Australia. They sell and specify their products into various sectors including corporate, residential, Government, retail, education and hospitality. They h ave been established for a number of decades and are in a position of strength in the industry. 

Due to a recent restructure this senior sales role has become available  in their Adelaide office. The role is multifaceted and will require an experienced relationship builder with a chameleon sales style. You will be required to develop relationships with leading specifiers in SA and will also deal with the builders, developers and contractors. The aim will be to gain specification and retain the specification down to the contractor. You will be measured on sales targets and volume sold and will have responsibility for SA/NT territories. 

We are seeking applications from individuals with the following skills; 

• Strong architectural specification sales experience 
• Proven track record of sales and business development. 
• Experience of selling and negotiating with builders, developers and contractors. 
• Knowledge of interior fit out projects. 
• High level of presentation and communication skills. 
• Ability towork towards sales targets and budgets. 
• Desire to work autonomously and manage a large territory and client base.
